To further enhance the effectiveness of quality control throughout the entire production process and improve the professional competence and practical skills of employees in core departments such as engineering, quality, and production, Neutral specially organized an IPQC Audit Skills Training on October 27, 2025. All relevant employees participated fully and actively, reinforcing the solid foundation of the company's quality management.

The training focused on the core audit skills of IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), combining the company's business reality and industry-leading standards. It deconstructed the key audit points across the five core dimensions of Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment, comprehensively covering critical aspects such as personnel work standards, equipment parameter calibration, material compliance inspection, procedure implementation, and production environment control. The training adopted a "theoretical explanation + practical exercise" model, incorporating typical audit cases from past work. It detailed practical processes like first-article inspection, line patrol audits, and non-conforming product identification and handling. The training provided in-depth explanations of audit techniques, key difficulties, and points to avoid, helping participants quickly grasp practical methods and enhance their hands-on capabilities.

Participants were fully engaged throughout, actively interacting and discussing audit challenges and difficulties encountered in their work. The trainer provided precise on-site answers based on professional experience, effectively resolving practical operational confusion for front-line employees. This training not only effectively improved the IPQC audit expertise and practical skill level of the participants but also further strengthened the quality control awareness of all staff.
